  • Please email info@miucc.com with order number & the items you wish to return.

  • Our team will provide step-by-step return instructions and the return address.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation

  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges
  • To exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
